It's a way to stay rooted in the city you chose, with the room to grow into it. The Henrie is for people who've built a life in Seattle and want their first real home in the city to feel like an upgrade in every way: more space to settle into, more privacy to retreat to, more confidence in what comes next.

FAQ
The things buyers ask us most about The Henrie: location, homes, parking, pets, and what happens after you close.
The Henrie is a 21-home, new-construction townhome community on 19th Avenue in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, developed by Olsen Anderson. The homes pair modern, transitional design with practical, everyday livability for buyers who want to own in the city.
The Henrie is on 19th Avenue in Capitol Hill, Seattle: central and connected, but a step away from the busiest blocks. It's a short walk to the Pike/Pine corridor, RapidRide, and Broadway light rail.
The Henrie is built by Olsen Anderson, a Seattle homebuilder focused on for-sale homes in the city's walkable neighborhoods. In more than 10 years, Olsen Anderson has built over 100 homes across Seattle, and holds every one to the same standard: layouts that work, private outdoor space, finishes made to last, and real support after you move in. Seven plan types across three buildings, from 1,442 to 1,665 square feet. Every home presents as three-bedroom, with select homes adding a den that works as a fourth bedroom. Each home has a private roof deck. Final bedroom counts are confirmed by the listing broker before listing.

Every home at The Henrie carries one of two interior schemes, Slate or Linen. What changes is the kitchen: the cabinet layout and the cabinet color. Engineered oak flooring, quartz countertops, and soft-close cabinetry are the same in both. Slate homes (1–5, 8–12, and 16–21) carry Bellmont Vision Holz cabinetry. Linen homes (6–7, 13, 14, and 15) pair Apex White perimeter cabinets with a Rialto island, topped in black walnut. Mini-split heating and cooling, fiber internet, and in-home laundry come standard in every home. Each home's scheme is named on its floor plan sheet and on the site map, and full material boards are available from the sales team.
Yes. Because we build The Henrie ourselves, our team can install select additions before closing: window blinds, an instant-hot water tap at the kitchen sink, and more. Ask the sales team for the current options and pricing for your home.
Simpler than most buyers expect. Every home has its own electrical meter, and so does every parking stall, so EV charging bills directly to the owner using it. Water runs through one main meter for the community with a submeter in each home; the association pays Seattle Public Utilities, and each home pays its share through the association based on its own submeter. Shared trash, recycling, and compost are off the alley, and fiber internet is available to every home.
The Henrie releases by building. Building A closings begin in October, Building B in December, and Building C in January and February. Building A releases to the priority list first. Registering now is how you get in line for the release you want.
